In memory of her dad, Patrick Sullivan, 2002 Award Recipient
Ingredients:
- 1 jigger (1.5oz) Irish Cream Liqueur (Baileys’ is encouraged)
- 1 jigger (1.5oz) Irish Whiskey (Jameson’s is encouraged)
- 1 cup hot brewed coffee
- 1 Tbsp whipped cream
- 1 dash of nutmeg (optional)
Instructions:
- In a coffee mug, or fancy glass mug, combine Irish cream and Whiskey.
- Pour in hot coffee
- Top with a dab of whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg.
